These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms & Conditions”) (together with any other policies or documents referred to in them) apply to your use of our website  www.nicholaswinton.co.uk (“Website”) and to the purchase of the products (“Products”) listed on our website.  By accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.  If you have any questions on these Terms & Conditions please contact us by email or telephone before placing an order.

Nicholas Winton Ltd holds and securely stores information electronically and in some cases hard copies. The data held has been obtained through business to business contact to achieve and maintain a working relationship.

The information will only be used to send standard e-mails and correspondence, such as orders, queries, acknowledgment, invoices & statements.

Your data will only be used by Nicholas Winton Ltd and will not be passed on to any third party.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

CONTACT FORMS

Nicholas Winton uses a contact form plugin, we, as a company, may keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but you do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

  1. DELIVERY

2.1 All parcels will be delivered by registered post and will require a signature on delivery. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

4.2 The Products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery. Therefore, if the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please check the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the Products. In the event of damage, please make a note on the delivery slip and contact Customer Services.

  1. IMPORT DUTY

If you order Products from Nicholas Winton Ltd outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

The Website is controlled and operated in England. You agree to comply with all applicable English laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through our Website, including telephone orders.
